Beautiful hotel, very picturesque The Spa is amazing! A must try:) We stayed in the hill top villa, i thought from the picture it had a private pool. It did not, therefore i would have booked the hotel, as it's 5 minutes away in a buggy. The hill top villas do have a nice view and bathroom / shower outside.

Great landscape. There are a lot of trees & flowers. The breakfast is good, but still need more variety.

we had a villa facing the lake and it was beautiful. easy to get to from hanoi (1h drive away, we came by grab). free bicycle rental is a plus. seva spa was also good for hotel standards.

the lakeside view is exceptional, buggy service was extremely useful and efficient to get around. staff for the most part are pleasant. breakfast was of a decent standard. Nice and clean pool but a bit cool to swim in
